MandoCreator Version 7.0 (Teaser)

This is a teaser!

There are features that get requested over and over and over again, and we say no every time. We always want to do what’s best for the site and you guys, but there are certain limitations. Because of that, there is always a good reason to say no to something, but occasionally we cave – either because you manage to change our minds or because we finally find a way to make it possible.

Today is one of those days. We caved, but with a compromise. You have been asking for MandoCreator accounts for years and now they are finally coming – soon. This is merely a teaser, the actual launch will be in the very near future.

To make this possible, we need to build additional infrastructure, and additional infrastructure always comes with additional cost. Donations are amazing and they have been keeping us going for as long as we have been live, but in order to make this happen, we decided to add another option for you to support us.

Along with this teaser, we are launching a MandoCreator Patreon. The current tier is only 3$/month, but higher tiers with more perks will become available as we grow.

Only active patrons (of any tier) get access to the account feature.

Additionally, anyone who at the time of this writing has the Sponsor or Partner role, will get lifetime access to an account for free forever. This is our way of saying thank you for supporting us all this time. If you have that role and want to know how to get your account, please contact me once the feature goes live. There will be another announcement very shortly.

With an account, you will be able to save your designs into your very own Armory, which is saved on our server. This will let you access them from any device anywhere you want. Your Armory can contain designs from either MandoCreator or CloneCreator, and you can load and save any of them to customize them further.

The main part of the site including both creators and all of the language features will remain free, for now and forever. If you can’t or don’t want to support us on Patreon, that is fine and you will have no disadvantages. Recall that you can download files and save them locally before uploading them later.
